Low Sugar oat cookies

“these cookies ARE DeLICIOUS AND SO HEALTHY”

Ingredients for 10 cookies:

  • 340g whole wheat flour

  • 150g oats

  • 150g melted coconut oil

  • 2 bananas

  • 25g vanilla sugar

  • 2 tbsp honey


How to:

  • Turn the oven on 200 degrees celcius

  • Combine all the dry ingredients

  • Add the coconut oil, mashed banana and honey

  • Knead the ingredients together until a firm dough forms

  • Roll into 10 small balls and slightly press them down

  • Place the balls on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes in the middle of the oven, or until golden brown
