Low Sugar oat cookies
“these cookies ARE DeLICIOUS AND SO HEALTHY”
Ingredients for 10 cookies:
340g whole wheat flour
150g oats
150g melted coconut oil
2 bananas
25g vanilla sugar
2 tbsp honey
How to:
Turn the oven on 200 degrees celcius
Combine all the dry ingredients
Add the coconut oil, mashed banana and honey
Knead the ingredients together until a firm dough forms
Roll into 10 small balls and slightly press them down
Place the balls on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes in the middle of the oven, or until golden brown
