Healthy PROTEIN BAGELS in 1-2-3
“such an easy recipe, perfect for your weekly meal prep”
Ingredients for 10 bagels:
450g whole wheat flour
2tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
240g greek yoghurt
1 whisked egg
How to:
Turn the oven on 200 degrees celcius
Mix flour, baking powder and salt into a bowl
Shape into 4 buns and gently make a whole in the middle
Layer on a baking sheet and brush with the whisked egg
Bake in the middle of the oven for 15 minutes
Enjoy with your favorit topping - my go to is avocado and scrambled eggs
