Healthy PROTEIN BAGELS in 1-2-3

“such an easy recipe, perfect for your weekly meal prep”

Ingredients for 10 bagels:

  • 450g whole wheat flour

  • 2tbsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 240g greek yoghurt

  • 1 whisked egg


How to:

  • Turn the oven on 200 degrees celcius

  • Mix flour, baking powder and salt into a bowl

  • Shape into 4 buns and gently make a whole in the middle

  • Layer on a baking sheet and brush with the whisked egg

  • Bake in the middle of the oven for 15 minutes

  • Enjoy with your favorit topping - my go to is avocado and scrambled eggs
