Working out in a small group of friendly people is motivating and a lot of fun. I offer weekly classes in Saint Paul de Vence.
My classes are for everyone, whether you are new to training or it’s already part of your daily routine.

I also offer other classes on request, such as: HIIT, Cross-Training, Abs, Booty, Running and Stretching:

  • PILATES focuses on strengthening the whole body, especially the core.
    The combination between mobility and strength makes it a class that most
    people can benefit from.

  • HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. The training consists of short intervals of intense work, followed by short periods of rest. The class is adapted to both
    advanced and beginners, as I always show different exercise options.

  • CROSS-TRAINING combines strength and cardio. It’s the perfect class for those wanting to build muscle and burn fat at the same time. Each class is different and there is no time to get bored during this session.

  • ABS is a 30 minute class focusing on your abdominal muscles. We work through
    different exercises to target the whole core. This class can be combined with
    Booty or Stretching.

  • BOOTY is a 30 minute class focusing on your glutes. We work through different
    exercises to target the whole butt. This class can be combined with
    Abs or Stretching.

  • RUNNING class is usually 1 hour including warm-up and stretching. We work interval based to improve your cardio and tempo.

  • STRETCHING is to increase your flexibility. Great for anyone feeling stiff or wanting to
    improve their movement in other exercises. Increased mobility can help prevent pain and injuries.
